Day One – Weight Loss Journal

Current Weight 250 lbs

Goal Weight 200 lbs

Today is day one and what can I say?  I am very motivated to loose my excess weight, just wish I could fast forward to 12 weeks from now.  I love veggies but I also love a lot of other things.  So this is my advise to myself if and when I should struggle:  Get over it!  This is just a temporary way of eating!  I know I have the power with in me to make this happen!  I want to be in control of myself, my life and stop feeling like no matter what I do or don't do doesn't matter.  It does matter!  What I think and say are very powerful.  I need to stay positive.  I have no option but to succeed!  Here is to day one done!
