Day Two – Weight Loss Journal

I started my day off with a smoothie made of strawberries and a half of banana with ice and water.  It made me feel like I wasn't missing out on anything.  I had steamed green beans for lunch with Mrs. Dash on them.  For dinner I had cabbage spaghetti!  It was amazing and fulfilling!  I took shredded cabbage and sautéed it in white vinegar and a little soy sauce just long enough to leave the cabbage crunchy.  Then I took a can of tomato sauce and added different herbs and seasonings to taste like spaghetti sauce.  Then put the tomato sauce on top of the sautéed cabbage.  It was amazing!  I am struggling with drinking enough water.  All in all it was a good day.
