    How exactly does speeding up your metabolism help you lose weight?
    I read recently that drinking cold water is better than drinking luke warm water, as it speeds up your metabolism if you are trying to lose weight (which is why I have been drinking more water).

    Can regularly drinking water instead of regular meals still speed up your metabolism?
    I know a lot of people say eating frequently helps to speed your metabolism but why can’t we just bring water regularly instead as this is said to be the key in speeding up your metabolism. Water is also a lot better for you anyway?

    I’ve been told to drink a glass of warm water with lemon when I wake up in the morning, but some people tell me ice cold is better, which is what I prefer. Which one is more effective? Does it depend on the weather or time of day? And if warm, how warm?

    I’ve heard that all exercise is great for that but weight training specifically is good for it. If so, what sort of training should you do?

    Weight training does assit in speeding up your metabolism. Buy building lean muscle mass, you are increasing the amount of time you can burn energy at a high level.

    After a work out, your body can still continue to burn energy at a higher level then at rest for up to 48 hours.
